James Cook (born September 25, 1999) is a running back in American football who plays for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills. At Georgia, he played collegiate football.
In 13 games as a rookie, Cook accumulated 284 yards and two touchdowns on 41 rushes while also catching eight passes for 89 yards. With 303 yards and three touchdowns on 45 carries in 2020, Cook was the team’s second-leading rusher.
